The challenge: Our client offers a sophisticated security solution for analysing network traffic, which requires someone with a high degree of technical know-how – plus the right commercial acumen. The team had recently lost a key member to a competitor, so time was of the essence.
Our solution: At the time Germany was experiencing increased demand for cyber professionals, though there was a degree of caution about moving to a new role due to a perceived uncertainty around Covid.
