A European Sales leader!

The Challenge: Growth! This organisation had explosive growth due to the success of its solutions amongst the broadcasters, content providers and OTT platforms and as such, they needed to hire a sales individual to spearhead this growth. The EMEA Sales Director role is one which covers a large territory across many different regions & cultures, and as such, finding an individual who has strong experience working across these regions was imperative.

Our Solution: After speaking in depth with the client about their needs, we reached out to individuals across Europe, all within our network who we believed could be a great fit. This entailed speaking with individuals from as far as the UK through to Norway, Spain and more!

The Outcome: As a result, we were able to provide the client with an incredible shortlist of 15 profiles, which was spread throughout Europe. This led to the client being incredibly happy and in their own words “spoilt for choose”! Likewise, this candidate is incredibly happy in their role and has already begun bringing on some new logos for the business. It is worth mentioning that the client was particularly impressed, as the chosen candidate could speak 4 European languages!
