Dynamic Director to build department
The challenge: Our client, an established global supplier for Broadband Satellite Communication Systems organisation needed to hire an outstanding Marketing Director. This individual would be tasked with setting up, running and building the marketing function for this global market leader. They had to be an individual with Satellite/Telecommunication experience, who was able to work independently on all aspects of marketing, get their hands dirty and had the ability to build and lead a team.
Our solution: Using our knowledge of the Satellite and Telecommunications industry and fully understanding the individual company culture, we were able to pro-actively headhunt individual candidates that we knew would have both the right personality fit, but also the extensive and far reaching marketing experience and industry knowledge our client required.
The outcome: Within 3 weeks, we were able to secure our client an individual who was incredibly delighted to be joining a global company such as this. We oversaw the candidate’s first and second round interviews, while offering up to date interview techniques to our client, who were able to move to an offer within a week.
