Finding talent where two sectors collide!
The Challenge: Our client needed a strong sales individual to lead the US division. The candidate also needed to have a background crossing multiple sectors including Broadcast, Streaming and Cybersecurity. Given the demand for these skill sets on their own in their respective markets, finding an individual with all of them was a challenge!
Our Solution: To solve this problem, we were able to utilise our multi-disciplinary to combine the efforts of our specialists in each of these sectors so that they could work together to find candidates spanning these industries and create shortlists of these individuals in record time.
The Outcome: We were able to present two separate 5 person shortlists consisting of candidates with different levels of emphasis on each of these industries, allowing the client to select the professional with the skills blend that was right for them. Ultimately we were able to secure the candidates and close the process against a tough end-of-year deadline to ensure this individual could start on day one of the new year.
