Hunting the Sales hunter
The challenge: Our client, a pre-IPO cyber vendor with a unique AI solution, was making large inroads in Germany. The current sales team were capable, though lacked seniority – and the newly hired Regional Sales Director had a very specific profile in mind.
Our solution: We targeted a curated shortlist of security vendors via existing connections and fresh headhunting approaches. People were screened on the strength of their new logo sales results (naturally!) and Rolodex of industry contacts – though also on having the hunger, entrepreneurial mindset, and appropriate Enterprise-level contacts.
The outcome: The Regional Director found their ‘right hand person’ able to take team mentorship responsibilities alongside exceeding personal targets.
